We will do our best to ship your items within 1 business day of receiving your order unless an item is out of stock or on the road in one of our mobile stores or for any other reason beyond our control.
We will contact you immediately if there is any delay. If you need to receive your order within a certain time-frame, please contact us immediately to make sure this will be possible.
We use USPS Priority shipping, and in some cases UPS Ground, for the purpose of tracking shipments and to get your order to you asap (usually within 1-5 business days). Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
If there is a discrepancy with the shipping costs - either too low or too high - we will contact you with a quick and easy solution. So don't worry. We will do what is best for you. We do not want you to be overcharged but we need the correct amount to get your order to you. We will either refund the overage or request the remaining amount in a separate transaction after we have weighed and calculated the exact postage necessary to mail your item.
International customers will be charged for shipping but it will be requested in a separate transaction. Currently it is not possible to accurately calculate the shipping until you have placed your order.
Return or exchange requests will handled on a case-by-case basis. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem and to offer easiest and best solution.
