Moka (or Mocha) Java Blend was the very first coffee blend and it is still a classic to this day. Medium-full bodied, with low acidity and earthy, winey undertones. Available in Decaf. He maintained an austere lifestyle and was noted for work on behalf of the poor, establishing an orphanage and a children's hospital. Among the many miracles attributed to him were those of levitation, bilocation, miraculous knowledge, instantaneous cures, and an ability to communicate with animals. He is the patron of African-Americans, black people, mixed-race people, barbers, hair stylists, hotel-keepers, inter-racial justice, poor people, public education, public health, racial harmony, social justice, television. He is called "Brother Broom" for his devotion to his work, no matter how menial. Feast Day: 3 November.
